Welcome to Basil, Meet Lime!

My name is Tara and I decided to start this blog to finally embrace my passion for food.    My love for food started at a young age but it wasn’t until adulthood that I became a more adventurous “foodie”.  I enrolled in recreational courses at L’Acadamie de Cuisine and the rest is history.

All in all, this is a food blog featuring restaurant and food reviews as well as fun and delicious recipes.  It’s mostly a blog shared with friends, family and a few other lovely folks online.  As such, and in the spirit of Carlsberg, I think this is probably the best food blog in the world.  Cheers!
